Can we live in our lodge?
Woodside Luxury Lodges is a non-residential holiday home location therefore cannot be used as a permanent residence. Proof of your home address must be provided at the time of purchasing. You can, however, use your lodge as often as you like throughout the year.
How long is the season?
We’re open year-round, so you can make the most of lodge ownership throughout the year.
Are dogs welcome?
Yes! We welcome your four-legged friends, we even have a private and secure dog walking area on park.
How many years can I keep my lodge?
All of our lodges come with a XX year license, giving you peace of mind.
Can I part exchange?
Yes, we do consider part exchange towards a lodge purchase, speak to us for full details.
Can we sublet our lodge when we are not using it?
We don’t currently permit subletting at Woodside however, your friends and family are welcome to enjoy your lodge as often as they like, with your permission.
What other costs are there to consider?
Site fees, running costs including gas and electricity, as well as holiday home insurance.
